Based on our personal experience and our wish to grow ecologically clean production, we have started to deal with BIO agriculture.
Because of that we have invested in modern technologies, which support the whole production process an protect the agriculture production. We use additional methods, which improve the quality of the BIO apples and namely watering with structured water and homeopathy. In part of our farming activities we follow the bio-dynamical calendar, developed from Maria Thun.
We insist on BIO diversity in our gardens, where different species could be found, including insects, bee hives and birds.
Our principle and wish is to grow production, without using chemicals. We are happy, when this happened and we have this enormous desire that our apples and production your table reach, to all that value and support our motto:
